I would like to introduce myself to you as a person, and as a Realtor. I have been helping clients buy and sell homes in the Bay Area since 1999. You will find that I am a person of integrity. I am passionate about my work and it shows with my results.
I have been a resident in the Bay Area since 1980. I owned a service business that has taken me from Castro Valley to Alamo and everywhere in between, so I am very familiar with many different areas in the Bay Area. I know the areas and the markets. One of my strengths is the preparation of the home (called "Staging the Home") before they are placed on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). My listings show to their best advantage and are strategically priced.
I have experience not only with helping buyers and sellers, I have also been very active within the real estate community: Vice President of Membership with the Women s Council of Realtors; Vice President of the Tri-City Marketing Association; President of the Tri-City Marketing Association; Served on the Member Benefits Council; Served as a Board Director for the Bay East Association of Realtors; Served on the MLS Council. It is important to me that fellow Realtors in our community are educated with regards to being a well qualified agent. This is one of the reasons that I am involved with our local board, so I can help make a difference for you my client.
My approach is different than most Realtors. I like to be involved from the very beginning of the process of selling your home. My clients compare me to a "Wedding Coordinator", because I not only list your home I also take care of all the important details that need to be taken care of to prepare your home for sale. You can be as involved as you want to be. If you want to go to work or take care of your children then I will take care of the rest. I will discuss this in detail when I meet with you. You will find that most Realtors will let you know what they do once your home is on the market and they will give you a laundry list of what needs to be done and ask you to give them a call when you are finished getting your home ready.
